Brookgreen Gardens


Cool Summer Evenings at Brookgreen Gardens
Wednesdays - Fridays, June 14 - August 11
Visit the gardens in the cool of the evening and enjoy concerts, kids programs, and dinner in the Pavilion Restaurant. Entertainment and programs are included in garden admission. Creek Cruises are $8 in addition to admission.

Brookgreen Gardens Summer exhibit

"Ribbit the Exhibit" Sculpted by artist, J. A. Cobb
A whimsical sculpture collection of larger-than-life, copper frogs taking part in a variety of activities, including playing instruments, catching butterflies, and meditating on a lily pad. These sculptures are on display from April 1 to July 9, 2017 and are included in garden admission.

September Atalaya Arts And Crafts Festival
Huntington Beach State Park - September 22-24, 2017
 The 42nd Annual Atalaya Arts and Crafts Festival will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 23-25, 2016 at  Huntington Beach State Park near Murrells Inlet. Featuring more than 100 of the finest artisans at the Atalaya Castle. Enjoy fine art, quality crafts and food, along with the musical offerings of several of the area’s finest musicians.

Georgetown Wooden Boat Show
Saturday October 21 and Sunday, October 22. - Front Street, Georgetown
This celebration of the maritime heritage of South Carolina’s third oldest city and second largest port features a wooden boat exhibit with more than 140 wooden boats displayed on land and water, a wooden boatbuilding competition, children’s model boatbuilding, knot tying, maritime art and crafts, food, music and more!

Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce celebrates the 56th anniversary of Cam-Am Days with , fun activities and events for our wonderful Canadian and snowbird visitors.
March 70th Annual Plantation Tours of Prince George Winyah Parish

The 70th Annual Plantation Tour of privately owned plantations and town houses in and near Georgetown. Visitors are also invited to the Winyah Indigo Society Hall for tea each afternoon. Home baked goods, original framed art from local artists, books from the Georgetown Historical Society, their award winning cookbook, Plantation Tours and Tastes, will be available for sale in the Parish Hall.
