I was first licensed in Maryland in 1987, and have been licensed in South Carolina since 2000. My current certifications are: GRI (equal to a college degree in Real Estate), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CRRS (Certified Relocation Specialist), and E-Pro.I specialize in Listing and Selling resort, residential, and land as well as commercial real estate. I have a wonderful husband, named Romeo, and I love the beach and animals (I have a rescue dog named Happy). I am very active in my church, and as the Georgetown County Chairperson for Angel Tree.
