$$$ Local place for fresh seafood. Steam pot in the winter has great local oysters. You will have to be patient with the summertime crowd. |

Hog Heaven - BBQ Buffet
$$ The best and only barbeque in the area. Buffet is great for lunch or dinner. They often have live music of karaoke on the weekends in the summer. |

Large deck outside, many TVs to count inside. Different entertainment every night of the week through the summer. |
Island Cafe & Deli - American

$$ Among the oldest restaurants in the area. Many visitors make a lunch trip here every year. They also serve dinner. |
Pawleys Island Tavern
Great outdoor environment with tikis. Live music on the weekends through the summer. |
Kudzu Market - Fine Food Market & Bakery

$$ Locals and visitors know this as the place for pre-made dishes and sweet things. The best cookies around; not a good place to visit if you are on a diet. |

La Playa Mexican Restaurant

$$ A local favorite for latin dishes. The vegetables in their dishes are fresh and flavorful. Salsa made fresh daily, ensalada light, mexican stir fry, and fajitas are favorites. Family staff is always very friendly. |
Mayor's House Seafood Restaurant

$$$ Some of the best food in town for a reasonable price. Great selection of seafood and steaks. |
Oceans One American Restaurant
$$$$ Fine dining with the best view in town. Bill Austin's newest venture in Pawleys Island. |
Pasteria Italian Restaurant
$ The local's not so well kept secret. Great food and great prices. They do not advertise, because they do not have to. |

$$ A favorite lunch place that now is open for dinner as well. Roz's soups and salad dressing are truly famous. She now bottles and sells the salad dressing throughout the area. The outside deck was a great addition. Nice spot for a luncheon. |
