Litchfield by the Sea
Litchfield by the Sea is a private resort community offering vacation homes, condominiums, villas, and townhomes neatly placed along pristine ocean frontage located between Litchfield and North Litchfield Beaches. This premier resort offers one mile of easy access to the beach and amenities that are unequaled in the Pawleys Island area. This wide sandy beach is part of a seven mile stretch of beach, starting from the southern tip of Litchfield, and north to the jetties of Murrells Inlet.
Each Litchfield by the Sea community has a swimming pool, and access to all amenities. There is a newly remodeled oceanfront clubhouse with pavilion and wheel chair beach ramp. Osprey Lake has a fishing pier, and there is an "Overlook" on the salt marsh with floating dock. Throw a hook and line in the salt water lakes teeming with fish, or enjoy watching beautiful water birds soaring above in search of a fresh seafood dinner. Litchfield by the Sea has seven lighted tennis courts and seven miles of walking paths that weave around the scenic grounds of the resort.
