My husband Gary and I moved to the beautiful Pawleys Island area of South Carolina so that we could relax at the ocean, walk along the beach, live among the 100+ golf courses in the area, enjoy the beautiful weather, and have a great location for our children, grandchildren and friends to visit. We love it here and so will you!
Our son Jon joined me in a partnership in 2005 and brings fifteen years of experience in sales, marketing and management to THE GRIGGS TEAM. He earned his ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in 2007.
With more than 36 years of experience as a licensed REALTOR, earning designations that are held by less than 5% of all real estate professionals in the nation--CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ABR (Broker Associate), I am an eight-time recipient of my former company's prestigious 100 Percent Club award, and am a member of the Platinum Club and the company's Hall of Fame. I also earned a lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Club / Circle of Excellence of the Greater Columbia (SC) Association of REALTORS. I served on that organization's Board of Directors, as well as on the Board of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors in Myrtle Beach.
