Litchfield Retreat 330 at North Litchfield Beach - This condo is located on the 3rd floor and is one of the larger two bedroom floor plans. Featuring two levels, with the living area, dining, kitchen, balcony and a half bath on the main floor, and two bedrooms, two baths are downstairs. The spacious living area has a wall of glass windows and a sliding door that opens to the covered balcony. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and the kitchen is fully equipped. Downstairs are two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combination with tiled surround. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The beach access is across the street and after a day in the sand and saltwater there are outside beach showers located near the North wing of the building.

Updates: New owners have made renovations on the main floor include Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, new living room furnishings, and a convenient “drop zone” has been added to the foyer hallway.  Downstairs has new carpet, new furnishings and beds.  

Check-In: Saturday Check in during the Summer. 

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Pool Schedule Updates

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat. 

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
