Shipyard Village B13 - Oceanfront

Shipyard Village B13 Oceanfront is oceanfront at Litchfield by the Sea and has a great view of the beach and ocean. This condo recently updated the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. The living area has an oceanview through floor to ceiling windows and a sliding door that opens to the balcony. The dining area has a wet bar with ice maker. The spacious primary suite features floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean and a private bathroom with garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Other bedrooms feature a private vanity with sink and there is a full bath in the hallway. There is also a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. Other amenities include reserved covered parking. Guests have access to all Shipyard and Litchfield by the Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more.

Check-In: Saturday - Saturday during the Summer. Weekend and Monthly rentals available Spring, Fall, and Winter

Linens Included for all rentals.  This includes all linens with beds made and towels included.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool.  All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view.  The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink.  There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters is an oceanfront community located south of all other condos in Litchfield by the Sea.  All four buildings surround the large pool complex with pool, kiddie pool, spa, and cabana with bathrooms. This beautifully landscaped community offers multiple elevators in each building, luggage carts, reserved parking, boardwalk access to the beach, and grill and picnic areas.  Building B has a ramped boardwalk to the beach for easy access.
