Shipyard Village B23 - Oceanfront

Shipyard Village B23 Oceanfront is oceanfront with spectacular views of the beach and ocean. Located in the oceanfront corner of the North wing with a view back to the pool, this 2nd floor condo has been beautifully remodeled throughout. The living area has a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that open to balcony and oceanfront view. The dining area has a wet bar with new beverage fridge. The primary bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and an ocean view. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. Other features include a reserved covered space. Guests have access to all Shipyard and Litchfield by The Sea amenities - beach access, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more. 

2018 Updates Include: Totally renovated throughout - plank tile flooring in all rooms, remodeled kitchen, added quartz countertops, new cabinets, corner sink, tile backsplash, and new appliances including smooth top range and French door refrigerator. Shiplap was added in the living area, and the wetbar updated with new sink, quartz countertop. Remodeled the primary bathroom with new vanity and sink, added large walk-in shower with seamless glass enclosure. The hall bath remodeled with tiled walk-in shower and glass enclosure.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Somerset Pools and beach accesses. 

Shipyard Village A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool.  All condos are 3 bedrooms with an ocean view.  The primary bedroom also enjoys an ocean view, while each of the guest rooms has their own private sink.  There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

Shipyard Village and Captains Quarters is an oceanfront community located south of all other condos in Litchfield by the Sea.  All four buildings surround the large pool complex with pool, kiddie pool, spa, and cabana with bathrooms. This beautifully landscaped community offers multiple elevators in each building, luggage carts, reserved parking, boardwalk access to the beach, and grill and picnic areas.  Building B has a ramped boardwalk to the beach for easy access.
