McCauley Beach House - Oceanfront

OCEANFRONT - This gorgeous oceanfront home is located at North Litchfield Beach. The spacious living area has a 2-story ceiling and 3 sets of windows and French doors opening to the screened porch and  spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. Heartpine floors give this home a low country beach house flavor along with antiques and other beautiful furnishings and original artwork. There is plenty of room for family, with two sitting areas, and there are 10 chairs for the dining table, along with seating at the breakfast bar. A screened porch extends across the ocean side of the home and is furnished with rockers, chairs and a small dining table. The main floor has two bedrooms, and two baths. Upstairs has a balcony overlooking the living area below, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and the laundry room.

Many updates for 2022 include some new furnishings, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, two remodeled baths.   

Bed sizes: 2 Kings on main level. 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Singles on top level.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
