*Please note that boats, motorcycles, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea. Guests are not permitted golf carts at oceanfront and oceanside properties.
*Litchfield By The Sea Owners Association has proposed a Resort Fee starting 1/1/2023. If approved later this year, the required HOA fee of $5 per car per day will be added to the rent.

I will be reserving this property again. Great family location. Well protected and all staff excellent. I highly recommend this property if you like fishing, swimming and beach. All are right at your fingertips.
