Captains Quarters D15 Oceanfront in Litchfield By The Sea is named "Thank You Dad"! This HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is a first floor unit with partial ocean views from the covered balcony. The balcony has private stairs for quick and easy access to pool & beach, as well as elevators from the ground floor lobby to all five floors of Captains Quarters. This unit is nicely furnished and well kept. It has whitewashed wood grain LV Plank Flooring throughout. The living area offers comfortable seating and a lovely horizon view of the ocean through a wall of windows and sliding glass door opening to the balcony. The large balcony allows for plenty of space to gather for a meal or afternoon snack while enjoying the ocean breeze. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the balcony, a TV and a king bed. The master bath has a walk-in shower with grab bars, garden tub and vanity with double sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and private bath with walk-in shower with grab bars.
