Amenities include: Multiple TVs, Fireplace, Screened Porch, Open and Covered Porches, Deck, Gas Grill, and Ceiling Fans.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
