Enjoy walking across the Brazilian Cherry and Oak floors to the large porch overlooking your private pool and sunset over the salt water creek. You will appreciate the convenience of an elevator that stops on every floor and a washer and dryer on each living level. One bedroom/ bathroom is handicap accessible with roll in shower. Home has secure Wi-Fi coverage inside and out. Spacious master bedroom featuring split bathrooms. Professionally landscaped yard leads to a stationary and floating dock equipped with water and power. Pool can be heated for $600.00 per week

Other Amenities Include: Cable TV, DVD and Built in Stereo, Free Long Distance, Ceiling Fans, Gas Fireplace, 2 Wet Bars, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Grill, and Covered Parking. Home is pet friendly with applicable pet rent.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Convenience Linen Package - included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Litchfield Beach offers the best of both worlds - the ocean is on one side, and the saltwater creek and marsh on the other. As you turn off the highway and cross the marsh to Litchfield, you'll feel like you are miles away from the busy life.This is a neighborhood of residential homes and an oceanfront hotel that offers fine dining with an oceanfront view, and casual dining in the open air cafe. Litchfield Beach is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and boutiques of Pawleys Island, just 2 miles South.

Wonderful house and plenty of room for our family of 11! We love the pool, back porch, and spacious room. Kitchen is awesome! We used the equipment rental package for bikes! and thanks for providing linens! The staff is always so helpful and courteous. Reservations are so easy to make, ou experience with Dieter has been nothing less than excellent. Thank you all!

Month Long Stay

We stayed here for a month and arrived one day after Hurricane Ian. Due to the hurricane flooding we did have a few issues but Dieter Realty was very helpful although the pool never was fixed all month (no fault of anyone). The house is very well stocked especially the kitchen. The location is fantastic and the canal was mesmerizing! We had family come and go and there’s lots of space. The screened in porch is wonderful. We rented a golf cart and it was great! It’s a beautiful property and we would love to come back again. Thank you so much for having us all month!

Our family really enjoys the house, pool, and boat access. We appreciate providing linens. The house provides a lot of room, the porch is super! The stove is a little tricky with it's safety features. Dieter always provides great customer service. The website is really good and easy to use. We renewed the same house for next year. Beach from the front, canal in the back; what more could you want With 3 master bedrooms and baths, 2 additional twin bed rooms with baths and even a bathroom near pool this is the perfect house for all the family. With a pool in the backyard, dock for kayaks and paddleboards, even a sink to clean the crabs and fish we caught, everyone was able to enjoy their preferred hobby. Beach is one block away, just a short walk to digging in the sand, jumping waves and playing fetch with our furry friends. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need even a butter warmer for dipping those fresh clams. Definitely a house to return to next vacation.

Answer:

There is ample parking at the house. Because it is a raised style beach house there is room for several cars under the house and a few in the outside driveway. The total number will depend on the size of your vehicles. Thank you.
