The living room and master suite open to the large oceanfront balcony with a gorgeous view. The balcony is furnished with comfortable seating and a table with chairs for oceanfront dining. This is a nicely furnished and decorated unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The open plan living, dining and kitchen have a view of the ocean through a wall of windows and the sliding glass door to the balcony. Bedroom 1 also opens to the balcony and view and the private bath has a vanity with double sinks, a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the private bathroom is remodeled with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Other features include: Multiple TVs, Amazon Echo (Alexa), Wet Bar, Ceiling Fans, Covered Balcony, Covered Parking, Private Balcony Staircase and Elevator access in the lobby.
