Enjoy the front covered porch with rockers, and the covered porch and sundeck on the back with a gas grill. This house is near the beach and close the community bike trail. 5 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Baths Bed sizes: 1 King, 2 Queens, 4 Singles and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Master suite has a garden tub. Amenities include: Multiple TVs, Fireplace, Screened Porch, Open and Covered Porches, Deck, Covered Staircase from Carport Area, Gas Grill, and Ceiling Fans.
2026 Updates- New bedspreads for the twins and a new fridge
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.
Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
