Rentals with Pools

We offer a variety of Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach rental properties with private pools and community pools. We have homes with private pools at Pawleys Island, The Peninsula, Litchfield Beach and North Litchfield Beach. Private pools are usually an amenity at our larger homes. If you need smaller accommodations and wish to have the added luxury of a pool, you can search for homes and condos with access to community pools. Pool access is limited to guests of that property only and may require a code, wrist band, or fob.

Community Pools are managed by the Owners Association, which oversees maintenance, operations, and hours. While changes or closures may occur without notice, we’ll do our best to share updates as we receive them. Please note that we are not responsible for closures and refunds are not available.

Many of the community pools require wrist bans or fobs to gain access. If this is required, they must be picked up at check-in and returned to our office at check out. Also note that most community pools require young children to wear swim diapers. See below for pools that do not allow children that are not potty trained.

Private homes have their pools serviced 2x weekly during the summer, once during turnover and again mid-week. Some of these pools may be heated upon request for an additional fee as listed in the property description. It may take up to 48 hours to heat, and the air temperature must remain above 50 degrees for some pumps to work.

Bridgewater - Outdoor Pools are open. Indoor Pool is Open
Children who are not toilet-trained are not allowed in the pool. Children in swim diapers may use kiddie pool ONLY.

Charlestowne Grant - Pool is closed for the season
Only “No Leak” approved swim diapers are allowed in the pool.

Compass Point - Pool is open year-round (not heated)
Children who are not toilet-trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.

Heron Marsh - Pool is closed for the season
Children who are not toilet-trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.

Lakeside Villas - Pool is closed for the season
Children who are not toilet-trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.

Osprey Watch - Pool is open year-round (not heated)
Children who are not toilet-trained are NOT permitted in the pool.

Oystercatcher - Pool is closed for the season

Rookery - Pool is closed for the season

Sandpiper Run & Crescent - Pools are closed for the season
Children not toilet-trained, in diapers or swim diapers, are not allowed in the pool or spa. Children in swim diapers may use the kiddie pool ONLY.

Shipyard & Captains Quarters - Pools are closed for the season.
Children not toilet-trained, in diapers or swim diapers, are not allowed in the pool or spa. Children in swim diapers may use the kiddie pool ONLY.

Somerset Pools (Fordham, Paget, Whitney Parrish, Cambridge, Warwick, Hamilton) - Cambridge, Warwick and Hamilton Pools are open (not heated). All Spas are open.
Only DHEC APPROVED “no leak” swim diapers are allowed in the swimming pools.

Inlet Point Condos - Pools and spa are closed for the season
2 Pools - one has a spa, and one is an Olympic-sized pool.
Children who are not toilet-trained are NOT permitted in the pool.

Inlet Point South & Peninsula - Pool is closed for the season
Children who are not toilet-trained are NOT permitted in the pool.

Litchfield Retreat - Open year-round (not heated).
Pool tag required. Children who are not toilet-trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
