This condo is located on the first floor of Building 16 and is convenient to the pool, beach and creek dock. There is a covered staircase from the ground level parking area under the building, and an outside shower.
2026 Updates - New king bed, New Washer and Dryer
Parking: This unit has reserved, covered parking for 2 cars underneath the building. Additional parking is available.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

Enjoy access to open green space without large crowds:
