New 2025! Litchfield Retreat 303 At Ease is located in the North wing, and features a 2-story floor plan. The main floor has a living area, dining, kitchen and a half-bath. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath are downstairs.  A great condo, and a great location just steps away from the beach.

This condo is updated throughout and well appointed. Aptly named, At Ease is a great beach retreat for your vacation time at Pawleys Island. The living area has a wall of glass windows and sliding glass door leading to the furnished balcony. You'll have a peak of the ocean from this outdoor living space, as well as a view of the tree top canopy found at North Litchfield. The kitchen is fully equipped, and is sleek and modern with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. There is a convenient half bath on the main floor. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins beds, and a TV.  The bathroom has a powder room, and a tub/shower combination.

Amenities include Cable app TVs, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Internet, Balcony, Elevator. No Landline Telephone

No Smoking. No Pets.

Parking: Plenty of guest parking available. 

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Pool Schedule

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside beach showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat. 

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
