The living area has a wall of floor to ceiling windows and sliding door that opens to the covered balcony and view. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a peek of the ocean through a wall of floor to ceiling windows and the renovated master bath has a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat.
