Litchfield Retreat 511 - Sunrise Serenity

Litchfield Retreat 511 has a 5th-floor ocean view from the front corner, SE corner of the building.  This condo, located closest to the ocean in the South wing, features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living area has a large cable TV and large sliding doors leading to the ocean-view balcony. This is an end unit with a large window in the dining area and seating for 6 + extra at the breakfast bar.  The kitchen was recently updated and flows into the dining area and living room.  The primary bedroom also has a wall of windows and a view to the ocean. This bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 singles and shares the hallway bathroom, which features a tub/shower combo.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Pool Schedule

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat. 

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
