Litchfield Retreat 518 - Total Renovation Completed 2025! Located 2nd Row at North Litchfield Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in South Carolina!  Enjoy your vacation exploring miles of sandy beach, watching the ocean waves, swimming in the pool, and dining at our local restaurants offering freshly caught seafood. 

This condo has all new interior from floors to ceilings, new furnishings and high end finishes. This is a spectacular end unit in the South wing of Litchfield Retreat.  This unit is very spacious with lots of natural light from the window in the dining area and the wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony from the living area.  Enjoy views of the North Litchfield tree-top canopy and a peek of the ocean. The kitchen has all new appliances, and there is a counter height breakfast bar.  The balcony is furnished and has a partial view of the ocean. This condo has all the makings of the perfect vacation. Relax, soak in some sun on the beach and get into life at the coast.

The master bedroom has a wall of a floor to ceiling windows and a partial ocean view. There is a private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath with a tub/shower combination.  Bedroom 3 has a bunkbed with 2 Queens.

No Smoking. No Pets.

Parking: 1 Reserved, Covered Space and plenty of guest parking available. 

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Pool Schedule

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside beach showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat. 

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
