Indulge in the comforts of modern living with a huge TV in the living area. The beautiful and fully equipped kitchen has been tastefully renovated, providing everything you need for daily meal prep. The dining table has seating for 6. And with walk-in showers in both bathrooms (no tub), you'll experience a touch of luxury and convenience.

We provide linens, ensuring that the beds are made prior to your arrival, and bath towels for your convenience. Leave the hassle of packing bedding behind.

Litchfield Retreat offers 3 elevators and laundry facilities on every floor. This condo is very close to the North elevator. Start each day with a leisurely 1.5-minute stroll to the pristine sandy beach, where you can soak up the sun, build sandcastles, or take long walks along the shore. There is also an outside area to rinse off on your way to the swimming pool from the beach. Don't miss the opportunity to create lasting memories in this beautiful coastal retreat.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property and no pets are allowed. Additionally, golf carts are not permitted for renters. There is not an assigned parking spot for this condo, but there is plenty of parking available.

Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Pool Schedule Updates

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat. 

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
