The living area has a 42" cable TV, cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows and sliding door to the balcony. This is an end unit with a large window in the dining area, with seating for 6, and a view out to the ocean. The updated kitchen has lots of counter space to prepare meals and snacks. Bedroom 1 has a wall of windows and a view to the ocean. This bedroom has a king bed, and the private bath has a tiled walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 singles. .
No Smoking. No Pets. No Golf Carts.
There is plenty of parking available.

Litchfield Retreat is a favorite vacation spot with easy access to the beach across the street. The "V" shape design gives many of the balconies a view of the ocean. Just steps away from the water's edge, this second row mid-rise also features a swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, picnic and grill area, and coin operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor. Please note that boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed at Litchfield Retreat.
North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront. Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
