Live The Dream Pet Friendly - This comfortable, warm family beach house located at South Litchfield Beach in Pawleys Island is only a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and the only oceanfront restaurant in all of Pawleys Island.  The house features a rooftop deck with panoramic views of Litchfield and a glimpse of the ocean.  This beach house offers 5 bedrooms (3 on Main Floor, 2 on Ground Floor with outside access only) and 4 bathrooms (2 Main Floor, 2 Ground Floor). Bed Sizes: 3 Queens, 2 Singles, 1 Single Daybed with Trundle, Bunk Bed (double on bottom, single on top). 

Fully Equipped Kitchen with Extra Dining Area in the Carolina Room, Screened Front Porch, Large Roof Top Deck (with views of the ocean and the marsh), Central AC/Heat, Dishwasher, Microwave, Icemaker, Keurig Coffee Maker, 2 Charcoal Grills, Cable TV, DVD, Stereo, Free Long Distance, High Speed Wireless Internet, Basketball Hoop, Enclosed Hot/Cold outside Shower, Covered Parking. 

No Smoking. Dog Friendly with applicable fees

Check-In: Saturday Check-in during the Summer. 

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Litchfield Beach offers the best of both worlds - the ocean is on one side, and the saltwater creek and marsh on the other. As you turn off the highway and cross the marsh to Litchfield, you'll feel like you are miles away from the busy life.This is a neighborhood of residential homes and an oceanfront hotel that offers fine dining with an oceanfront view, and casual dining in the open air cafe. Litchfield Beach is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and boutiques of Pawleys Island, just 2 miles South.

The house worked well
We have worked with you with problems at the rentals. You ALWAYS help come up with a solution. Even though we had to move around due to an old matress... we LOVED the house! We had a blast! The house worked well!
