With a classic Litchfield floorplan, the spacious living room provides access to the 3 main floor bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area. The large oceanfacing porch is partially covered and can be accessed from the living room and primary bedroom. The two lower level bedrooms have outside access only from the covered parking. This is where you will also enjoy a ping pong table and 2 enclosed outside Showers. There are 2 Decks, Flat Screen Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans, Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Gas and Charcoal Grill with a Smoker. Dogs Welcome with applicable pet rent.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Convenience Linen Package - included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.
