Wilson's Roost - Pet Friendly - Great family beachhouse just a short walk to the beach.  A covered staircase takes you to a wide front porch that is furnished with wooden rockers for relaxing and catching up with family and friends. There is also covered staircase entry to the home from the side porch and the wraparound porch on the back of the home. 

This wonderful house is charming throughout! It is well furnished, beautifully maintained, and boasts pine floors throughout, and tile floors in bathrooms.  With 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, and multiple outdoor living spaces, this home is spacious and perfect for a large family. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table that seats 6 and a bar that sits 3.  There is also additional seating in the den which has a game table, 4 chairs and a gas fireplace for cooler nights in the off-season.

Amenities include: Open Porches, Covered Staircases, Multiple TV's for streaming and Cable TV in the Living Room, Secure Wireless Internet, Outside Hot/Cold Shower, Grill.  Home is Pet Friendly with Applicable Fees.  Please note: Cargo Lift is not available to renters.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

North Litchfield Beach is a barefoot paradise that offers one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast. This is one of four beach neighborhoods at Pawleys Island, and it has a mix of vacation homes, year round residents, and one condominium community, Litchfield Retreat, located second row on Parker Drive. This is a friendly neighborhood offering fifteen public walkways providing easy access to the beach for homes located second row and off the oceanfront.  Beach access #54, located across the street from Litchfield Retreat, is designated as a wheelchair ramp.
