600 Steps - Pet Friendly! This home is perfectly named as it is located 600 steps from the beach at North Litchfield. The home offers a spacious interior and plenty of outdoor living spaces. Enjoy the outdoors on the covered front porch, 2 sundecks, and the courtyard patio area. The large great room has a 2-story vaulted ceiling and loft above. The dining area opens to a sundeck and the updated, fully equipped kitchen. 

There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. The master suite has a bath with tub/shower combination. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath with tub/shower combination. The loft area has a queen bed and opens to a sundeck with a peek of the ocean.

The ground floor offers 2 more bedrooms that are accessed from carport area only. One bedroom also opens to the courtyard, and both bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. 

Other Amenities: Cable TVs (on main level only), DVD, Encrypted Internet, Central AC/Heat (main floor & loft), Window AC Units (in ground floor bedrooms), Ceiling Fans, Covered Stairs, Covered Parking, Charcoal Grill.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
