The living area opens to an expansive porch with views of the marsh and creek. The large master suite opens to a private covered porch across the front of the home and the master bath has a walk-in shower and tub. The first floor is spacious and designed with lots of privacy and quiet spaces. There are two suites that are perfect for multi-generational families and groups of friends. Each suite features 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a sitting area that opens to an expansive covered porch - one on the creek & marsh side, and one on the ocean side. An elevator services all levels of this home. Other amenities include Elevator, Wetbar, Porches, Creek Dock (Shared with Home Next Door), Covered Parking, Covered Stairs, Enclosed Outside Shower, Grill, Community Pool and Small Boat Landing.

Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included with short stays, and rentals of 1- 3 weeks. For winter monthly rentals, linen packages are available to rent.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure at no extra charge.
$250 credit for beach equipment from VayK Gear for weekly rentals (or, 5 to 21 nights). This service features access and delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles and more to make your vacation a memorable one!
