The second floor has a large, two story octagonal shaped living area with panoramic views of the ocean. Doors open out to a covered porch and deck and endless views out to the ocean and up and down the beach. This floor also has the dining area, the kitchen and breakfast room with spectacular views of the saltwater creek and marsh. There is one bedroom and a bath on this floor, the laundry room, and a den that opens to the 2nd floor porch overlooking the creek and marsh. The bedroom on this floor has a king bed, and the bath is handicap friendly with a roll-in shower. The third floor features one bedroom with a king bed, a bathroom and a large den with views of the ocean and creek.
