Bridgewater 414 - Oceanfront

Bridgewater 414 Oceanfront - Located mid-section of the Bridgewater "V" shape and offering a unique floor plan for 2 bedroom units. The living area offers ample seating, and there is a dining table with ocean view that seats 8 comfortably! The kitchen has a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped to prepare meals for your family and friends. Step out to the oceanfront balcony and take in the view! You'll see the ocean, beach and the large pool complex below, complete with lazy river and spas. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub shower combination. There is a bathroom in the hallway for the guest bedroom.  This bathroom also has a tub/shower combination.

Parking open around the building, no assigned parking.

Check in: Saturday during Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Bridgewater is an oceanfront resort building near the north end of Litchfield by The Sea consisting of 120 one and two bedroom condos. There is also unassigned covered parking available with ample overflow beside the building.
