The primary suite also opens to the covered balcony, and it has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. You'll have that beachy feeling inside as well as outside on the balcony of this condo. Take in the sunrises over the ocean and moonlit skies in the evenings. A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Pool Schedule Updates

Bridgewater is an oceanfront resort building near the north end of Litchfield by The Sea consisting of 120 one and two bedroom condos. Premier resort amenities include access to the large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, spa, and the only oceanfront lazy river in Litchfield Beach, and an indoor pool, spa and fitness room! All condos have a balcony with views of the ocean and pool. Bridgewater features multiple elevators, luggage carts, and a ramped boardwalk for easy beach access. There is also unassigned covered parking available with ample overflow beside the building.  

*Please note children in swim diapers are only allowed in the kiddie pool.

Litchfield by the Sea is the premier resort in Pawleys Island, with over 4,000 acres of private oceanside property.
