Wonderful house and plenty of room for our family of 11! We love the pool, back porch, and spacious room. Kitchen is awesome! We used the equipment rental package for bikes! and thanks for providing linens! The staff is always so helpful and courteous. Reservations are so easy to make, ou experience with Dieter has been nothing less than excellent. Thank you all!

We stayed here for a month and arrived one day after Hurricane Ian. Due to the hurricane flooding we did have a few issues but Dieter Realty was very helpful although the pool never was fixed all month (no fault of anyone). The house is very well stocked especially the kitchen. The location is fantastic and the canal was mesmerizing! We had family come and go and there’s lots of space. The screened in porch is wonderful. We rented a golf cart and it was great! It’s a beautiful property and we would love to come back again. Thank you so much for having us all month!

Very comfortable overall. The cushions on main porch need to be replaced. Staff was awesome! Had a pool issue - she was on it.

Our family really enjoys the house, pool, and boat access. We appreciate providing linens. The house provides a lot of room, the porch is super! The stove is a little tricky with it's safety features. Dieter always provides great customer service. The website is really good and easy to use. We renewed the same house for next year. Thank you all!

Incredible week! Kids loved the pool, we paddle boarded in the creek, even caught a few fish. Walked to beach every morning with coffee in hand to watch the sunrise. Always rent from Dieter Co. Look forward to staying at the beach again next year. Thanks

from homeaway.... Beach from the front, canal in the back; what more could you want With 3 master bedrooms and baths, 2 additional twin bed rooms with baths and even a bathroom near pool this is the perfect house for all the family. With a pool in the backyard, dock for kayaks and paddleboards, even a sink to clean the crabs and fish we caught, everyone was able to enjoy their preferred hobby. Beach is one block away, just a short walk to digging in the sand, jumping waves and playing fetch with our furry friends. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need even a butter warmer for dipping those fresh clams. Definitely a house to return to next vacation.
