Chairmans Retreat - Creekfront - Overlooking creek and marsh, with private dock on the saltwater canal. Chairmans Retreat is an ideal vacation spot for creek and beach lovers! Located near the crossover canal bridge for walks to the beach and directly on the saltwater canal for adventures in the creek. Bring your kayaks, paddle boards, jon boat for tours and fishing trips through the salt marsh and all the way out to the ocean at Midway Inlet between Litchfield and Pawleys Island. This home has plenty of room for your family and friends. Featuring two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the main floor. There is an interior staircase connecting the ground floor to the upper floor, and an outside staircase for quick access to the main floor after a day on the beach or in the creek. A covered front porch overlooks the creek and marsh, and a covered back porch overlooks the private dock and canal. The back porch has two tables for outside dining, plus rocking chairs for relaxing moments. The ground floor living area opens to a patio overlooking the canal. Another great outdoor living space is the dock on the saltwater canal with bench seating.

On the main floor you'll find an open floor plan and hardwood floors in the living area, dining area, kitchen. The living area has a TV, sofas, and a round table, for games and puzzles, with a view out to the front porch and creek. The dining table is on the canal side with doors opening to the back porch. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar. The master bedroom is on this floor, and features a king bed and private bath with a combination tub/shower. Two more bedrooms are on the main floor. Both have queen beds, and they have a connecting bath with a combination tub/shower. 

The ground floor has a large living area with TV and a fireplace. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a connecting bath that has a walk-in shower. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with a single over queen. The laundry room is also on the ground floor and there is an enclosed outside shower. 

No Smoking. No Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Convenience Linen Package - included with your rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Updates 2023:  Upstairs: Kitchen renovated with new stainless appliances, gas stove, cabinets, new dishes, quartz countertops, backsplash, can lights. New porch rockers. Ground level remodeled with new tile floors, mattresses, ceiling fans, 2nd fridge with ice maker, washer/ dryer,  new bunk bed with a single over a queen bed. New duct work, new dock with bench seating.
