Second Floor

The second floor offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own bath. Two oceanfront bedrooms feature private bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers, as well as direct access to a covered porch overlooking the beach and ocean. The third bedroom includes a private bath with a tub/shower combination.

Third Floor

The top level serves as a private retreat, featuring a cozy den, a full bath with a tub/shower combination, and the fifth bedroom. This oceanfront suite opens onto a sun deck with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The private bath includes a walk-in shower. (No elevator access to the 3rd floor) Ground Level 2 narrow covered garage bays are located under the house and lead to the interior stairs and elevator.  The front parking lot has room for 2 large vehicles, with an additional vehicle on the left side of the house.  A gas grill is also located in the designated grilling area under the house.
