Crescent D4B - 4th floor balcony views of the fountain lagoon, swimming pool and out to the beach and ocean from this condo in The Crescent. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. The open plan living, dining, kitchen areas offer views of the ocean. The living area opens to the covered balcony where you can sit and relax with your morning coffee, or watch the sun rise in the morning and the moon rise in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and updated with quartz countertops . The master bedroom has a sliding door that opens to the balcony and view. The master bath is renovated and has a large walk-in shower with glass enclosure. Bedroom 2 has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area has a sleeper sofa. 

1 covered assigned parking and unassigned guest spots around the building. 

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

The Crescent are single level condos with 3 and 4 bedrooms. First floor units in The Crescent have balconies with separate stairs for quick access to the pool and beach. First floor units have views of the pool, water features with fountains and some have peeks of the ocean. Upper floors feature full views of the ocean and beach.  The Crescent features elevators, luggage carts, reserved covered parking, and a large pool complex with cabana, hot tub, beach showers, ramped boardwalk access to the beach, and grill and picnic areas.  Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

Sandpiper Run and The Crescent are located along the oceanfront just north of the Litchfield by the Sea clubhouse.  This community has four buildings surrounding one of the largest pools in Litchfield Beach.  Sandpiper A and B sit along the oceanfront at each end of the pool, with Crescent C and D enjoying an ocean view over the pool.  Each building has 2 elevators, assigned parking, and luggage carts as a convenience for guests.  Amenities include landscaped grounds and paved pathways, a large oceanfront pool complex featuring a pool, kiddie pool, spa, cabana, picnic, grill area, and ramped boardwalk access to the beach.
