Crescent D4C - Gorgeous views of the fountain lagoon, swimming pool and out to the beach and ocean from this 4th floor condo in the Crescent. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. All new furnishings and updates and renovations throughout! The open plan living, dining, kitchen areas offer views of the ocean. The living area opens to the covered balcony where you can sit and relax with your morning coffee, or watch the sun rise in the morning and the moon rise in the evenings. The dining table can seat up to 8 and there is a breakfast bar that seats 3. The kitchen has new appliances, and it has already been updated with beautiful leathered granite countertops and a counter height breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king bed and a sliding door that opens to the balcony and view. The master bath is renovated with a vanity with two sinks, and large walk-in shower with glass enclosure. There are two more bedrooms and two baths. Both baths have a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a Bunk with a single over a double bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area has a sleeper sofa with an extra long double. Other amenities include Keurig Coffee Maker, Secure Internet, Multiple TVs, and Ceiling Fans. Guests can enjoy the Sandpiper Run & Crescent amenities including the large pool complex with cabana and hot tub as well as the Litchfield by the Sea amenities including tennis/pickleball courts, miles of jogging/walking/bike paths, fishing lakes and more!

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your weekly rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included with short stays, and rentals of 1- 3 weeks. For winter rentals, linen packages are available to rent.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

The Crescent are single level condos with 3 and 4 bedrooms. Along with elevators that service all floors, first floor units in The Crescent have the added convenience of balconies with separate stairs for quick access to the pool and beach. First floor units have views of the pool, water features with fountains and some have peeks of the ocean. Upper floors feature full views of the ocean and beach. The Crescent features a lobby with elevators, luggage carts, reserved covered parking, and a large pool complex with cabana, hot tub, beach showers on the boardwalk access to the beach, and grill and picnic areas. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.
*Please note children in swim diapers are not allowed in the pool.
Sandpiper Run and The Crescent are located along the oceanfront just north of the Litchfield by the Sea clubhouse. This community has four buildings surrounding one of the largest pools in Litchfield Beach. Sandpiper A and B sit along the oceanfront at each end of the pool, with Crescent C and D enjoying an ocean view over the pool. Each building has 2 elevators, assigned parking, and luggage carts as a convenience for guests. Amenities include landscaped grounds and paved pathways, a large oceanfront pool complex featuring a pool, kiddie pool, spa, cabana, picnic, grill area, and boardwalk access to the beach.
