This extra spacious condo features living area with glass sliding doors that open to the balcony and view. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Bedroom 1 is oceanfront and has a king bed, and private bath with garden tub and separate glass enclosed shower. Bedroom is also oceanfront and has 2 double beds and private bath with tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and private bath with a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a love seat sleeper sofa. Other amenities include Multiple TVs, Wet Bar, Covered Parking. Guests enjoy Somerset amenities including pools and hot tubs and Litchfield by the Sea amenities that include tennis/pickleball courts, miles of walking/jogging/bike paths, marsh overlook, saltwater fishing lake, and more!

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.
