There is also a half bath on the top floor.  The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and an annex with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. There is plenty of outdoor living space with expansive views of the beautiful surroundings from multiple screened porches, decking, and a Crow's Nest.  The shared covered and floating dock provides access to the creek for fishing, crabbing, or to launch your kayaks (dock is shared with the 2 properties on each side of the home).  An elevator services all floors of the home and there is covered parking underneath.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
