This is a 3 bedroom, end unit villa with sundeck overlooking the salt marsh and creek. The main floor has a living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a glass sliding door opening to the sundeck. The dining area can seat up to 8 with the additional chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The main level has one bedroom with a queen bed and TV, and one bathroom with tub shower combination. Upstairs are two more spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with tub shower combination. The bedroom with the queen bed also has an adjacent laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The other upstairs bedroom has 2 double beds.  Both bedrooms upstairs have TVs in the rooms. The sundeck is furnished with a table, 4 chairs and a chaise lounge. Perfect for morning coffee, favorite beverages in the afternoon and stargazing after dark.  The ground floor has a carport area and a shower to rinse the sand off after a day on the beach. 

It is just a 2 minute walk to the swimming pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts, or 3 minutes to the clubhouse and boardwalk beach access.
