The main floor features the living area, dining table that seats 6, kitchen, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. The living area opens to the sundeck and an incredible view of the saltwater lake. The sundeck is nicely furnished with polywood.  The kitchen is fully equipped, including a custom coffe bar area, and there a breakfast bar with barstools.

The main floor bedroom features a King bed.  Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom offering to Queen beds, the laundry areas (in bedroom), and a 2nd full bathroom.  

There is 1 covered parking spot and unassigned guest spots near condo.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure at no extra charge.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
