Hello! Where is the swimming pool in relation to this condo? Also how many pools and is there a water park within this community?
Answer:
Each group of condos within Litchfield By The Sea has it's own pool. The Heron Marsh pool is for the exclusive use of its owners and guests only and is located beside the community tennis courts. This is also near the beach club house where you can access the beach. The splash pad area outside the gate at Summerhouse in not available for our guests at Heron Marsh. The closest water park is Wild Water and Wheels in Surfside Beach.
