Building 14 is located on the saltwater marsh, just 3rd row from the beach. It is also conveniently located near the creek dock, and just a short walk to the beach and pools.
Parking: This unit has reserved, covered parking space underneath the building. Additional parking is available. 2026 Updates - King Bed replaced Queen in primary bedroom. New furniture in living room.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

Enjoy access to open green space without large crowds:
