Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a sliding glass door that opens to a balcony in the screened porch area with view of the marsh and overlooking the patio below. The master bath has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 share the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.
