Lakeside Villas 12A

Gorgeous View of Osprey Lake! Lakeside Villa 12A has great views of the saltwater lake at Litchfield by the Sea and is just a short walk to the Lakeside Villas community pool.  This villa is all on one level and has a great layout.  The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas have a view of the lake.  The screened porch off the living area is furnished and offers a peaceful view of the lake, shorebirds and water fowl. 

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparations. There is a breakfast bar as well as the dining table that seats up to 5.  The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the screened porch. The remodeled master bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower with grab bar. Bedroom 2 has a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.   Parking is available in front of the villa.

Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to the Lakeside Pool. Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
