Lakeside Villa 161B Lakefront - Overlooking Osprey Lake! Beautiful views of this saltwater lake at Litchfield by the Sea. Enjoy watching ducks paddling across the lake, and Egrets and Herons along the banks. Bring your binoculars! Great location. The community pool is right out the front door with quick and easy access to bathrooms. This villa is ideal for your vacation at the beach, and it has a stand up desk for working vacations. Nicely furnished thoughout and the kitchen is fully equipped. Living area has a wall mounted TV, and sliding doors that open to the furnished screened porch and view. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV, and access to the porch. The master bath has double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a wall mounted TV and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area has a sleeper sofa with Air Dream mattress. 2 reserved, uncovered parking spaces and additional guest parking spaces nearby. Storage area for golf cart (with a charger) or beach gear.
No Smoking. No Pets. A Convenience Linen Package is included with your weekly rental! Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included with short stays, and rentals of 1- 3 weeks. For winter rentals, linen packages are available to rent.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

The Lakeside Villas community offers duplex villas with enchanting architecture, special appointments, roomy floor plans, and a screened porch. All Lakeside vacation rentals are just a short walk to the beach, tennis courts and other resort activities. Lakeside has a beautiful pool area, with restrooms, and is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and a morning coffee at Starbucks. Charcoal Grills are not permitted in the Lakeside Villas Community.
