Lakeside Villas 34B

Lakeside Villa 34B Lakefront - great views of Osprey Lake from the screened porch and a short walk to the Lakeside Villas community pool.  This villa is all on one level and has a great floor plan. Open plan living, dining and kitchen areas have a view to the porch and the lake. Nicely furnished, and lots of natural light make this unit a great spot for your vacation. The furnished screened porch offers a relaxing view and is a great place to unwind and catch up with family and friends.  

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparations. There is a breakfast bar as well as the dining table that seats 4.  The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the screened porch, and a spacious master bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 2 has a bathroom that also has a tub/shower combination. 

2025 Updates - Remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and counter height breakfast bar. Added shiplap paneling to breakfast bar and both bathrooms.  

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to the Lakeside Pool. Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
