Panoramic views from the rooftop deck and overlooking Osprey Lake at Litchfield by the Sea. Located on Oystercatcher Island across from the community swimming pool, this cottage has beautiful views of Osprey Lake and features outdoor living space on the screened porch, sundeck off the master suite, the roof top deck and ground level covered patio.

The main floor provides water views from the living area, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for your family and friends, and there is ample seating arrangements in the living area as well as the furnished outdoor spaces. The master bedroom is on the main floor, and opens to a private sundeck. The master bath has a walk-in shower and garden tub.  Bedroom 2 is also on the main floor bedroom has a bathroom with walk-in shower. The upstairs semi-private loft bedroom opens to a deck and staircase to the roof top deck with panoramic view. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. Other amenities include DVDs, Stereo, Charcoal Grill, Outside Shower, Covered Parking. No Smoking.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
