Rookery Trail 69 is a beautiful home and just steps away from the beach. Offering lots of outdoor living space on 2 screened porches and the roof top deck along with a spacious interior featuring a living area and a den. The living area has a wall mounted TV, gas fireplace and doors that open to a screened porch with comfortable seating where you can sit and relax with your family and friends and hear the ocean waves. All four bedrooms have private bathrooms and the den has a Murphy bed. The spacious master suite has a view of the lake, and the master bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.  This home features hardwood and tile floors throughout, and a tankless water heater with an endless supply of hot showers for the whole family. The elevator services all floors of this home, and there is parking underneath.  Guests enjoy the Rookery community pool and hot tub as well as the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea - beach access to miles of beautiful beach, tennis/pickleball courts, miles of walking/jogging paths, fishing lake, and marsh overlook with floating dock on the saltwater creek. 

No Pets and No Smoking.   

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer. 

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
