This unit has reserved parking under the building, and unassigned guest spots around the building.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to the Sandpiper Pool complex and beach accesses.
*Please note children in swim diapers are not allowed in the pool.

Sandpiper Run A and B sit along the direct oceanfront on each side of the pool complex.  Sandpiper Run condos have an ocean view and feature 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans. Building A features unique two-story townhouse-style floor plans in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom configurations.  Building B consists of single level, 3 bedroom units only.  There are two elevators in each building, open stairs at the end of the breezeways, and convenient trash chutes on every floor. Renters are not allowed to bring pets.

Sandpiper Run and The Crescent are located along the oceanfront just north of the Litchfield by the Sea clubhouse.  This community has four buildings surrounding one of the largest pools in Litchfield Beach.  Sandpiper A and B sit along the oceanfront at each end of the pool, with Crescent C and D enjoying an ocean view over the pool.  Each building has 2 elevators, assigned parking, and luggage carts as a convenience for guests.  Amenities include landscaped grounds, fountain pools, paved pathways, a large oceanfront pool complex featuring a pool, kiddie pool, spa, cabana, picnic & grill area, and boardwalk access to the beach. 
*Please note Sandpiper Run A & B do not have covered parking for all units. Condos with covered parking are noted in the description above. There are reserved, uncovered parking spaces for all units.
