Sea La Vie Oceanfront and Creekfront - Magnificent! Fabulous! Fascinating! You'll want a vacation in this home year after year. The views are magnificent. The amenities are fabulous. From the unbelievably equipped kitchen with a view of the creek and the ocean to the truly spectacular master suite, this is the ultimate vacation home. The design and details of Sea La View are amazing. The living spaces are carefully planned, and every feature expertly selected. This is a truly spectacular home. There is also an EV Charger in the carport for your convenience!

The main floor features the living area, dining, kitchen, a half bathroom, laundry room, the master suite, oceanfront porch and sundeck and a screened porch overlooking the saltwater creek and marsh.  The living area is very spacious and open to the view. One sitting area has a large flat screen TV and electric fireplace. The other sitting area looks out to the ocean. The dining area is spacious and the table seats up to 12. The breakfast bar seats 7 and there is plenty of dining space on the screened porch. The kitchen is a cook's dream! There is a commercial style range with double ovens and a 6-burner gas cooktop, two dishwashers, a wine cooler, under counter ice maker, veggie sink, and more. The screened porch off the kitchen has a view of the creek, and the porch and sundeck off the living area has a view of the ocean. The sundeck has a shower to rinse off the sand after a day on the beach and built-in bench seat.

The master suite has a king bed and a separate sitting area with TV and a view of the creek.  The master bath has double sinks, a walk-in shower (with overhead rain shower) and a soaking tub lit by a sparkling chandelier.

A laundry room and half bath complete the main floor.

The second floor features 6 bedrooms, 6 baths and an oceanfront sitting area that opens to a sundeck with views up and down the beach and out to the ocean. Two bedrooms are on the ocean side. Both feature king beds, private baths with walk-in showers, and both bedrooms open to the oceanfront sundeck. Two bedrooms are on the creekside of the home. One has a king bed and a single daybed. The other creekside bedroom has a queen bed. Both creekside bedrooms have private baths with walk-in showers.  Two more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. One has 2 sets of custom bunk beds. One bunk has 2 singles, and the other bunk has a single on top and a queen bed on the bottom. Two of the singles are extra long.  This bedroom (#4 on the floor plan) has a private bath with a walk-in shower.  The other bedroom has 3 sets of custom bunk beds for a total of 6 single beds with 4 of these being extra long singles. This bedroom (#5 on the floor plan) has a private bath with a tub/shower combination.

The top floor features an oceanfront bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom, with walk-in shower. There is also an additional den with TV on this floor, a half bathroom and a mini-kitchen with sink, full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

There is covered parking underneath the home, and a ground floor entrance from the carport with interior stairs, elevator, and a full bathroom convenient for showering indoors after a day on the beach.  The elevator services all three levels of this home 

Enjoy a private boardwalk to the beach from the main floor porch, and a shared dock on the creek. Guests have access to swimming in the community pool, and you can launch a small jon boat at the private boat landing in The Peninsula.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks. 
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
